What a pain, mind you I can't say that any Academy venue I've been too has been great.

I was there in time to see Benji, but couldn't hear him properly. (A combination of bad sound and people talking too loudly.) The sound did improve later, but it was a shame. Luckily we already had our tickets, so didn'r have to queue in the rain, but we waited for ages and ages to get our coats. And it was absolutely boiling in there, but the toilets were lovely!! A vast improvement on the old ones!
