Has anyone else been mad enough to make up extra verses to that shanty?  Or is it just my sister and me?

Real extra verse via Bob Roberts (the Singing Bargeman of Suffolk)....

I used to have an Irish girl but she was fat and lazy

But now I have a Suffolk lass, she nearly drives me crazy

 

(I'm from Suffolk by birth - I love it!!)
