Another excellent performance by S&B at the Ariel Centre on 28 October. Top class tunes and songs performed in their inimitable style, together with some interesting (and entertaining) background stories about their origins. The usual slick and well-hidden organisation of Harberton Folk and great venue of the Ariel Centre served to make this a great evening.That was a long way to travel from Sheffield, and I'm sure the entire audience appreciated that. Judging by the reaction and CD sales mid-way through the evening, I'd say they gained a good number of new fans too. And those CD buyers will have a pleasant surprise: the recorded sound represents well the energy and excitement of the live performance.Please, Jon and John,make sure you visit South Devon again soon!
