The J's are playing at Walthamstow folk club & I am reliably informed that tickets will be limited to stop a sweaty repeat. Should be a good gig, but I think its on a sunday & that rules it out for me

As it's not till Bonfire Night it shouldn't be all that sweaty. And as the club finishes up at about half past 10 (or maybe just a few minutes later if they go to two encores), AND it's right by a station, anybody can get back. Last November 5 they did the Cellar Upstairs and Jon sang a highly appropriate little ditty for the occasion. Maybe he'll do it again if we ask nicely.

Programme and how to get there here:
The Plough

Just had an email to say that this gig has sold out. Well done boys!

I also saw in the guardian on Saturday the boys will be supporting the oysterband on some dates, How exciting!

Cob a Coaling, and yes, he did, explaining that you can only sing it once a year so you might as well make the most of it. A stonking set on the whole; I had a great time.
